The drawings are made in charcoal and drawn on Saunders 425gms hot pressed watercolour paper. The drawings come in two sizes, the large size is 76cm x 56cm and the smaller drawings are 37cm x 28cm. The size of the smaller drawings can vary slightly, just a centimetre or two. Saunders Waterford paper is a very high quality watercolour paper that can be used for painting, pencil, ink, charcoal and calligraphy. It is made with 100% cotton fibre and is acid free. The rough edge of the paper is a result of the paper making process. All the drawings are sold framed in black ash and are ‘floated’
