I am an artist and illustrator living and working on the Kent coast.

My art practise focuses on the natural world and considers the place of nature in our lives.

The artwork is informed by the unique characteristics of birds, trees and the natural landscape through charcoal, chalk pastel, ink and oil paint.

​

Charcoal is a wonderfully receptive drawing tool. I find its versatility a joy to work with.

Outside of the studio I regularly facilitate charcoal drawing workshops at Creative Courses in Faversham , Kent.
